Roddy Woomble | My Secret is My Silence

How awesome and handsome is that picture of Roddy Woomble, lead singer of Idlewild. Idlewild has become one of my favorite listens in recent years. Woomble is coming out with his solo album ‘My Secret is My Silence’ on Pure Records in the UK on July 24th 2006. The title seems a bit overly poetic and dramatic. Hope all the songs turn out like Quiet Crown and The Bronze Medal from Idlewild’s album ‘100 Broken Windows’, I can listen to those two slow quiet jams indefinitely.

    Anyone know if and where and when the album will be able to be bought online digitally? Or where listings of upcoming digital albums are?

    the album came out today in the US. i know it’s on amazon, and iTunes.
